Make your own Bonbons

 

Here at Snappy, we love chocolate-making so much, we teach others!  Have a group of 6-12 people who'd love to learn to make and decorate their own chocolates?  Let us join your gathering, teach our expert techniques, and help your people - family, friends, colleagues - make their own fancy bonbons!  It's a uniquely special event your group will remember forever.

We can teach bonbon-making in any large-enough kitchen space - office or home.  If you've got at least 6 feet of countertop, a table big enough for 6, a sink, microwave, and freezer, we'll bring everything your group will need.  

Just a Taste - 2.5 Hours
  • Discover the complete bonbon-making process, from start to finish.
  • Learn decorating techniques to design unique bonbons.
  • Take home your decorated chocolates, filled with a rich dark chocolate ganache (or other ganache of your choice).
  • Receive a booklet with recipes and chocolate tempering techniques to continue your chocolate-making journey at home.


Bigger Taste - 4 Hours

  • Create your own unique bonbons from start to finish
  • Learn decorating techniques to design unique bonbons. Team up to craft your own dark chocolate ganache (or other ganache of your choice).
  • Customize your bonbons with an assortment of delicious mix-ins.
  • Enjoy a selection of wine and cheese during our break.
  • Personalize and embellish your take-home gift boxes for a special touch.
  • Receive a booklet with recipes and chocolate tempering techniques to continue your chocolate-making journey at home.


* In all classes, each person will take home their own giftable 12-piece box of bonbons (plus some extras for themselves!) *
