Shipping

At Snappy, the quality of our confections is extremely important to us and we believe they should arrive in the same pristine condition in which they were sent.

Shipping Days

Tri-State Area:

We ship on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. As long as you place your order by 12pm EST on Monday and 12pm EST on Wednesday, your package will be shipping the same day.

Outside of the Tri-State area:

We ship on Mondays. Just make sure to place your order by 12pm EST on Monday.

NOTE: If you’d like for your package to go out on a specific Monday, just indicate that date in the Notes section during checkout.

NYC Pick-up

If you place your order before 12pm, we can have your order ready for you the following day, Monday thru Saturday. Just put a note in the Notes section of checkout when you’d like to pick up your order and we can arrange via email or phone.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS, and at checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping company. In the warmer months, your method is limited to overnight and next day air. When choosing your shipping service you’ll want to consider both travel time and the current temperature.  If the temperature is between 66-70 degrees, consider choosing 2nd day air, and if the temperature is higher than 71 degrees, overnight shipping is highly recommended.  Oftentimes, the packages sit around in hot warehouses, so we like to avoid this as much as possible.  NOTE: The price you pay for shipping is the actual price of shipping, we do not mark up any shipping costs.

Shipping During Warm Months

When the weather turns warm (temperatures above 70), we limit our shipping options to overnight and 2nd day air. We have a special way of keeping our chocolate cool during transport so that they arrive in the ideal condition. We will flash freeze your box of bonbons, and ship them in insulated packaging with an ice pack. This will ensure that your product does not melt. If you or your recipient live in a location with extreme heat, we may further limit our shipping methods.
