How long will the chocolates stay fresh?
Bonbons are best enjoyed within 10 days of arrival. Dragée keeps longer, typically 1 month.

How should I store them?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you need to refrigerate your chocolates, it’s best to put them in the crisper drawer, to keep out moisture. 

If you plan to eat or serve them at a later date, you can wrap the box in plastic and freeze the box. 24 hours before you plan to serve them,  thaw them in the refrigerator. 

Can I place a bulk or corporate order? 
Yes, we love working with offices and teams on group gifting. Reach out to info@snappychocolates.com or (646) 299-6980 and we'll help you plan quantities, timing, and any customization. 

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all US locations. Local Brooklyn/NYC customers can also choose the 'pickup' option at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays, and arrive within a couple of days, depending on your location. Because everything is made fresh, we ship on those days to avoid weekend transit.

Does the chocolate travel well in warm weather?
No, shipping services can sometimes be unreliable, and we don’t like to take that chance and have your chocolates arrive melted.

Do your chocolates contain nuts/dairy/other allergens?
Some of our bonbons and dragée contain dairy, gluten and nuts. However, all of our chocolates are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, soy, eggs and gluten, so we don’t recommend eating our chocolates if you have any of these allergies.

Where do you source your chocolate?
We use Valrhona and Cacao Barry couverture chocolate. 

How do bonbon-making parties work?
We host hands-on bonbon-making experiences for up to 12 people. They are a fun, interactive way to celebrate a birthday, shower, team event, or just a fun afternoon or evening. Reach out to info@snappychocolates.com to check availability and pricing.
