Today, it is appreciated for its subtle mysteries and sense of adventure, like a night on the town in a foreign destination. Our Around Midnight dark chocolate collection is for more than nighttime, however, with sensory moments you can savor throughout your day.

In The Cards - a hint of orange with pistachio and cardamom crunch
Second Wind - espresso and hazelnut
O My! - spicy, habanero ganache with mango pate de fruit
Dark Seas - smoky sea salt
Night Cap - bourbon with pretzels and walnut praline
Dark and Carmy - caramalized dark chocolate ganache
** Because we use fresh ingredients, our bonbons are best enjoyed within two weeks.

Ingredients and Handling
Our bonbons are all made with fresh ingredients. Please enjoy them within 2 weeks of receiving your box. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally around 64 degrees.
Allergens
Some of our bonbons are made without nuts, gluten, soy, or dairy, but please note that all are produced in a facility that handles these ingredients.
